A few things worth knowing.
Can I connect my phone and gaming device at the same time?
Yes. Connect one device through the USB dongle and another through Bluetooth. Hold either earbud's touch control for 2 seconds to switch listening modes. In Bluetooth mode, you will not hear the dongle device.
How do I start using the dongle?
Remove the protective film from the earbud charging contacts. Return the earbuds to the case, close the lid, then reopen it. Insert the dongle into your device and select SW5 Dongle as both the audio input and output. Make sure the earbuds are in dongle mode.
Which app should I download?
Use the Middle Rabbit app for SW4 Pro / SW5 earbuds. It provides EQ settings, battery monitoring, customizable controls and firmware updates.
