When I first got the ear buds I was having a issue but I talked to the customer service on instagram and he helped me trouble shoot and they work flawlessly. I use these for everything my phone, Nintendo switch and my pc and the sound quality is amazing. I use them to play apex legends and sound is important and I can hear everything these replace my lv 50 having headset I own.

I was hesitant to switch to bluetooth for gaming, thinking there would be some sort of sound delays which would make things more difficult for games like Call of Duty Warzone. However, I got sick and tired of using wired headsets so ended up getting these for Warzone in particular and I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm not an audiophile so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I have no noticeable lag in the sounds when I'm playing. These ear buds have 2 modes: music and gaming. It seems to automatically detect my PS4 and switch to gaming mode. I've never used it in music mode so I'm not sure if it would make any difference there. My biggest issue is with the volume control. Every single time it connects (aka whenever I turn on my console), it defaults to an extremely loud setting. Ear-damaging levels, especially if you're playing an action shooter game like Call of Duty. This issue is compounded by the fact that lowering the volume isn't quick. Two taps on the left bud to lower it one level. Can't tap too quickly or it doesn't register. Can't tap more than 2 times at a time, because 3 taps is to mute, and 4 taps is to change from music/gaming mode. So I "tap, tap"..... "tap, tap"..... "tap, tap".... etc. I have to double tap around 7 times to get it down to the volume I prefer. If I go too far away and lose connection, I have to repeat this process again once it reconnects, which is quite annoying! All that said, I still enjoy these because once I get the volume down, I can enjoy my games for several hours without needing to charge them. If I think I will need to walk out of range for a bit, I just put them down for a bit. I seem to have no discernible lag in game sounds (gunshots, footsteps, etc), so overall, these were worth it for me to not have to deal with more wires. I would definitely suggest a volume rocker button or some other way to control the volume in a way that does NOT involve tapping though!
