Q1. Why is the location not updating or accurate?

Smart trackers like this tag/card do not use GPS. Instead, the tracker emits a secure Bluetooth signal. The nearest phone with Google’s Find My Device network enabled will detect this signal and upload its own location to the cloud. That’s the location you see in the app.

This is the same principle used by Apple’s AirTag.

If you need exact real-time tracking, consider a GPS tracker — but note they are larger, more expensive, and require monthly subscriptions.

Q2. My tracker won’t connect — what should I do?

1. Restart your phone’s Bluetooth and network settings. Make sure both are enabled.

2. Power off the tracker according to the user manual, then turn it back on.

3. Follow the user manual to perform a factory reset on the tracker.

4. Restart your phone.

5. Manual pairing method: Go to your phone’s Settings → Google → All Services → Connected Devices & Sharing → Devices → Scan for nearby devices.

Q3. It stilldoesn’t work — is it broken?
