How to Connect?

How do I connect the wallet tracker card?

First, download the Find Hub app from Google and make sure you download the correct app. There is no subscription fee required.

Press the button on the card once. You will hear a series of beeps, which means the card is powered on.

Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and internet are turned on, then open the Find Hub app. In most cases, the card will be detected automatically.

If it does not appear automatically, you can add it manually:
Go to Phone Settings → Google → All Services → Devices, then scan for the tag there.
How do I power the card on and off?

· To power ON:

Press the button, you'll hear a long chime (like “ring-ring-ring-ring”).

· To power OFF:

Press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds, you'll hear 2 short beeps.
My card won’t connect — what should I do?

· Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and network are enabled.

· Follow the manual to perform a factory reset on the tracker.

· Go to your phone’s Settings → Google → All Services → Devices → Scan for nearby devices.
How do I reset the tracker card to factory settings?
Quickly press the button 5 times — on the 5th press, hold it down until you hear a series of chimes.
Why is the location not updating or accurate?
Card sends out a Bluetooth signal. Nearby anyone's phones help locate it by sharing their location. So if no phone is nearby, you won’t see a new location update. For real-time track, you’ll need a GPS tracker but they’re bigger and need monthly fee.
