Please press and hold the non-working earbud for 16 seconds until the light flashes, indicating the earbud has resumed working.
This issue may occur due to app incompatibility on some Android phones, causing one earbud to freeze.
If this happens, please avoid using the app, or try updating your phone’s system to the latest version, as some users have found this resolves the issue. iPhones do not have this problem.
1.Insert the USB-Dongle into your device, the earbuds will pair with the dongle.
DO NOT plug the dongle into a docking hub, as the docking hub may cause signal interference issues.
2.Once paired, the dongle’s light will remain solid.
3.If it continues blinking, ensure the earbuds are in dongle mode instead of Bluetooth mode (press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to switch modes).
4.If the dongle light is solid but you still hear no sound, please check that "SW5" is selected as the output device in your sound settings. Or double-tap the right earbud to increase the volume.
First, please do not plug the earbuds into a docking station, as many docking stations can impact the performance of the earbuds.
Second, we recommend updating your earbuds to the latest firmware version 4.0.1 through the Middle Rabbit App to improve connection stability.
