If the dongle’s light continues blinking, ensure the earbuds are in dongle mode instead of Bluetooth mode. To switch, press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

If the dongle light is solid but you still hear no sound, ensure that "SW5" is selected as the output device in your sound settings.
