When I first got the ear buds I was having a issue but I talked to the customer service by email and he helped me trouble shoot and they work flawlessly. I use these for everything my phone, Nintendo switch and my pc and the sound quality is amazing. I use them to play apex legends and sound is important and I can hear everything these replace my lv 50 having headset I own.
