Insert the USB-Dongle into your device’s USB port. The earbuds will automatically pair with the dongle.

Once paired, the dongle’s light will remain solid.

If the dongle’s light continues blinking, ensure the earbuds are in dongle mode instead of Bluetooth mode. To switch, press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

If the dongle light is solid but you still hear no sound, ensure that "SW5" is selected as the output device in your sound settings.
- Pair the SW5 in your device’s Bluetooth settings
- Remember to press and hold the touch button on one earbud for 2 seconds to switch the earbuds to Bluetooth mode.
