Can I hear my phone and gaming device at the same time?
You can connect one device through the dongle and another through Bluetooth, but the two audio sources do not play together. Hold either earbud's touch control for 2 seconds to switch modes. In Bluetooth mode, you will not hear the dongle device.
Does SW4 Pro support AI EQ?
Yes. Use the Middle Rabbit app for SW4 Pro / SW5 earbuds to describe the sound you want, generate an EQ and apply it. The app also offers customizable touch controls and firmware updates.
Can I charge my VR headset while playing?
Yes. Connect a suitable charging cable to the dongle's pass-through charging port. It supports up to 15 W with compatible devices and power supplies.
How do I connect to PS5 or PS4?
Insert the dongle into the console, using the included USB-A adapter if needed. Select the dongle as your audio input and output, and make sure the earbuds are in dongle mode.
